Pearblossom, California: Renoir’s “Poires” cover

This cover by Joshua McGee features Renoir's painting "Poires" (c. 1890) with a 10¢ Pears stamp and a Forever "Gifts of Friendship" dogwood blossom stamp. As luck would have it, a dogwood blossom looks quite a bit like a pear blossom to an untrained eye.
