LINPEX Lincoln “Conceived in Liberty” Gettysburg Address cover

This cover features a line drawing of the statue of Abraham Lincoln at the Lincoln Memorial, accompanied by a famous excerpt from the Gettysburg Address of 1863 describing the United States of America:

… conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

A 2016 U.S. Flag stamp and the 16¢ Lincoln Prexie (Scott #821) provide postage. The cover was cancelled with a pictorial postmark from the LINPEX Philatelic Exhibition, organized by the Lincoln Stamp Club of Nebraska, on February 27, 2016.
