Vermont Statehood 225th Anniversary

This cover celebrates the 225th anniversary of Vermont Statehood. "Freedom and Unity", the state's motto, is written in a font meant to evoke trees; clusters of maple leaves decorate two corners; and the cachet features what I think is a very smooth morph between winter and summer views of Vermont mountains (especially because — shhh — they're not even the same mountain).

It bears a 1991 Vermont Bicentenary commemorative stamp (Scott #2533) and a Vermont State Bird and Flower stamp (Scott #1997), and features a beautiful pictorial cancel from the Vermont state capital on March 4, 2016.
