Bicentennial of Oswego County, New York

This cover shows a map of Oswego County, New York, with a translucent overlay of a New York state quarter in the lower-left.

The towns marked include Oswego, Syracuse, Fayetteville, Utica, Camden, and surrounding areas, as well as Oneida Lake.

It bears a horizontal pair of the New York Ratification of the Constitution issue (Scott #2346), and is cancelled with a pictorial postmark depicting the outline of Oswego County to celebrate the county's bicentennial, dated July 2, 2016 in Oswego, NY, 13126.
